Definition

“Applicable Law” means the law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

“Card” means a credit or debit card.

“Company” means Aquela Jordan, which sell goods listed on the Website.

“Customer” means customers, who use the Website for the purpose of purchasing goods listed on the Website.

“Parties” mean Customer and Company collectively.

Stock

The Company will display the up-to-date information on the availability of the goods. In the event that any of goods become unavailable or there is any other issue, the Company will so notify the Customer and debit the order amount back to Customer’s Card. The processing of refund will take up to 15 working days.

Price

All listed prices are in Jordanian dinar and do not include (a) import duty and local tax in Customer’s country if not from Jordan (b) shipping and handling charges.

Payment

The Company accepts Cards listed on the Website.

Cancellation

The Customer can cancel the order by so notifying Company’s customer service by email or phone until Customer’s Card is charged and the goods are packed for shipment, which is typically within 24 hours from the order. The Company reserves the right to request the Customer to pay administrative expenses incurred in the processing of the cancelation of the order.

Return and Exchange

The Customer can return the goods after the delivery for the reason of defects and/or certain logistic issues. If the Customer finds any of these issues, contact Company’s customer service by email or phone within 7 working days after the receipt of the goods. If Customer’s claim is considered valid, the Company will ship the replacement to the Customer within 7 working days after Company’s acceptance of Customer’s claim.

If the Customer finds wrong goods in the delivery, contact the Company within 7 working days after the receipt of the goods. The Customer can return wrong items to the Company for exchange at free of charge, providing that the goods are in their original packages. The Company will ship correct goods upon its receipt of the returned goods.

If the Customer is unsatisfied with the purchase for any reason, the Customer can return the goods after the delivery, providing that the goods are in their original packages. However, The Company reserves the right to request the Customer to pay administrative expenses incurred in the processing of the return of the goods.

Refund

The Customer can request the Company to refund only for the reason of defects and/or certain logistic issues. The processing of refund will take up to 15 working days from Company’s acceptance of Customer’s claim. Refund will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment – the same payment system that the Customer used for the purchase of products.

Delivery

The delivery is within 7 working days from the order. However, there may be a delay in delivery of goods during public holidays. If there is any further delay in delivery, contact Company’s customer service by email or phone.

The Company does not deal with, or provide any products to, any country under Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions.

The Company is committed to protecting Customer’s privacy and only its authorized employees can use Customer’s information on a need to know basis.
